On the 28th of March 2022, Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad had their very first Annual General Meeting, announcing several proposals on acquisition of the company Astana Setia and their direction of expanding the business into property development, starting off with their flagship project Laman Segar Hijau (LSH Segar).
