LSH Brand Story

Lim Seong Hai Group was founded in 1966 by its late founder, Mr. Lim Seong Hai under the name ‘Lim Seong Hai Construction & Co.’ and was registered as a contractor with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) on 25 May 1966.

Continuing the vision of Mr. Lim Seong Hai, the LSH Capital Group is now spearheaded by his children, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng, Datuk Lim Keng Guan, Madam Lim Pak Lian and Mr Lim Keng Hun.

Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad (“LSHCapital”) was incorporated in Malaysia on 11 November 2020 under the Companies Act 2016 as a private limited company and later listed on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 July 2021.
