Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad Celebrates the Grand Opening of LSH33 and Donates a Pusat Agihan Zakat ("PAZA") Building to MAIWP

Kuala Lumpur, Wednesday, 30 April 2025 – Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad (“LSH Capital” or “the Group”), a full-fledged construction and property development company, is pleased to share news of the grand opening of TigaTiga @ LSH33 (“TigaTiga”), an exciting neighbourhood mall within Laman Seri Harmoni (“LSH33”) development, located in the heart of Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. LSH Capital also proudly handovers a newly built Pusat Agihan Zakat (“PAZA”) building to Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (“MAIWP”), marking part of LSH Capital’s broader efforts to create positive social impact through supporting the community and its neighbourhood.

In conjunction to the grand opening of TigaTiga, LSH Capital handed over a PAZA building to MAIWP. The PAZA building, located in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur, is part of a collaborative Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) project between LSH Capital and its esteemed partner, Besteel Engtech Sdn Bhd whereby the total value of donation under the CSR project amounts to RM600,000.00. The building will be known as Pusat Agihan Zakat (PAZA) MAIWP Cawangan Batu. The donation of the PAZA building symbolises LSH Capital’s commitment to ensuring harmonious relationships within the local community and contributing to the welfare of others. The building serves as a vital zakat distribution centre and provides critical resources to support those in need within the community.

Additionally, LSH Capital has also supported MAIWP’s kindergarten, Permata MAIWP Nurul Yakin in the efforts for the kindergarten to purchase new equipment and introduce relevant programs to create a more conducive environment for the students.
