Kuala Lumpur, Wednesday, 25 February 2026 – Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad (“LSH Capital” or “the Group”) today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended 31st December 2025 (“1QFY2026”), marking the Group’s highest quarterly revenue on record. For the quarter, the Group recorded revenue of RM154.27 million, gross profit (“GP”) of RM49.69 million and profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM28.54 million.

Record Financial Performance and Consistent Quarterly Dividend Payout

For 1QFY2026, the Group’s revenue surged 59.42% year-on-year (“YoY”) to RM154.27 million, supported mainly by the progression of several construction projects into peak construction phases, as well as recurring income contributions from the Group’s facilities management business. Profit before tax (“PBT”) rose 55.33% to RM36.66 million while PAT for the quarter rose 53.91% YoY to RM28.54 million, underpinned by strong project delivery and disciplined cost management.

On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue increased 15.26%, or RM20.43 million, driven by higher certified works and revenue recognition as projects advanced through substantial construction milestones during the quarter. While profitability moderated sequentially due to the absence of prior-quarter non-operating items, the Group’s core operating performance remained resilient, supported by continued execution and cost discipline.

Reflecting confidence in the Group’s outlook and cash-generating ability, LSH Capital has also declared an interim single-tier dividend of 1.03 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 30th September 2026. The Group has maintained a consistent, uninterrupted dividend payout pattern since its listing on the ACE Market in March 2025, underscoring its commitment to delivering shareholder returns alongside growth.

Recurring Income Streams to Support Long-Term Value Creation

LSH Capital continues to strengthen its recurring income base through its facilities management business, anchored by the 20-year Kuala Lumpur Tower concession which commenced on 1st April 2025. In parallel, the Group is progressing its Morib Rejuvenation Project initiative, which would provide access to recurring income through the operation of the golf course and hotel apartment throughout the lease period, as well as approximately 450 acres of strategic landbank, including the core development footprint and a right of first refusal over additional land, offering meaningful flexibility for phased development and a longer-duration growth runway. Together, the Kuala Lumpur Tower concession and the Morib Rejuvenation Project strengthen the Group’s strategy to broaden its earnings base with longer-duration, asset-backed and recurring income streams.

Looking ahead, LSH Capital will remain focused on sustaining a healthy project pipeline by actively tendering for new infrastructure, building and concession opportunities, while selectively evaluating strategic landbanks within the Klang Valley and other key growth corridors.

Commenting on the results, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng, Non-Executive Chairman of LSH Capital, remarked: “1QFY2026 marks a strong start to the financial year, with record revenue supported by disciplined execution across our project pipeline and steady contributions from our recurring income platform. We will remain focused on delivery, cost discipline and prudent capital deployment, while continuing to build a more balanced earnings mix over time.”
