Kuala Lumpur, Wednesday, 26 August 2026 – Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad (“LSH Capital” or “the Group”) today announced its financial results for the 3rd quarter of the financial year ending 30 September 2026 (“3QFY2026”). For 3QFY2026, the Group recorded a revenue of RM112.73 million, gross profit (“GP”) of RM32.52 million, and profit after tax (“PAT”) of RM15.30 million.

Construction Progress and Growing Facilities Management Income Drive Nine-Month Revenue Higher

For the nine-month cumulative period ended 30 June 2026 (“9MFY2026”), the Group’s revenue advanced 12.66% year-on-year (“YoY”) to RM366.44 million, while GP improved by 5.20% to RM129.84 million. PAT held broadly steady at RM64.35 million, against RM65.13 million a year earlier. The marginal movement in PAT reflected a higher tax charge for the period, with income tax expense rising to RM20.64 million from RM19.48 million.

Construction remained the principal growth engine, with segment revenue up 23.23% YoY to RM226.40 million. Facilities management continued to deepen as a recurring revenue stream, generating RM52.68 million over the period, more than quadruple the RM12.86 million recorded a year earlier, on the back of the Kuala Lumpur Tower concession and the "Kolam Biru" facility under the River of Life project.

Robust Orderbook and Expanding Pipeline Reinforce the Group's Growth Outlook

As at 30 June 2026, the Group's outstanding construction and engineering orderbook stood at RM1.20 billion and its total property development gross development value ("GDV") for the Lake Side Homes Project and LSH Segar Project totalling approximately RM1.55 billion, together underpinning earnings visibility through to the financial year ending 30 September 2029. The Group continues to actively tender for new works while earning fee income from construction-related services and solutions under its BEST Collaboration Framework.

Looking further ahead, the Group’s Morib Rejuvenation Project, a golf course rejuvenation and land development partnership in Morib, Selangor, provides meaningful long-term growth potential with preliminary estimated GDV of approximately RM850 million over a 10-year development period. In addition, the Group's sale and development agreement with Railway Assets Corporation (“RAC”) adds approximately 17.4 acres of proposed mixed development in Subang Jaya to its pipeline, with an estimated GDV of RM1.91 billion over a five-year period.

Separately, the Group's proposed transfer of its listing to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad is targeted for completion by the end of 2026.

Continued Quarterly Dividend Payout

Reflecting confidence in the Group’s outlook and cash-generating ability, the Group has declared a third interim single-tier dividend of 0.56 sen per ordinary share, with entitlement date on 11 September 2026 and payment date on 6 October 2026. This brings total dividends declared in respect of financial year ending 30 September 2026 to-date to 2.34 sen per ordinary share.

Commenting on the results, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng, Chairman of LSH Capital, remarked: “Our 9MFY2026 results underscore the resilience of our integrated business. The double-digit revenue growth was anchored by the steady progress of our construction projects and a growing and recurring contribution from facilities management. Supported by a robust orderbook, an expanding development pipeline and forward initiatives such as the Morib Rejuvenation Project and our proposed transfer to the Main Market, we remain confident of creating sustainable, long-term value for our shareholders."
