Record Financial Performance and Highest-Ever Dividend

For 4QFY2025, the Group’s revenue surged 60.7% year-on-year (“YoY”) to RM135.5 million, driven mainly by stronger property development progress and the consolidation of the facilities management business. For the full financial year ended 30th September 2025 (“FY2025”), LSH Capital achieved a revenue of RM460.7 million, up 27.5% from RM361.4 million in FY2024. The Group also reported a record-high PBT of RM139.2 million and PAT of RM103.3 million, an increase of 42.4% and 39.1% from FY2024, respectively. This reflects to a PBT margin of 30.2% and a PAT margin of 22.4% in FY2025.

Reflecting confidence in the Group’s outlook and cash-generating ability, LSH Capital has declared a fourth interim single-tier dividend of 1.55 sen per share, bringing total dividends for FY2025 to 3.89 sen per share, or approximately RM32.6 million in total dividend payout. This is the highest annual dividend payout since listing and equivalent to about 31.6% of FY2025’s PAT. LSH Capital has also maintained an uninterrupted quarterly dividend track record since its initial listing on the LEAP Market in 2021, underscoring the Group’s commitment to sharing its growth with shareholders.

FY2025 represents LSH Capital’s first full year as an ACE Market company following its transfer from the LEAP Market earlier in March this year. Since the transfer to the ACE Market, the Group has scaled up both its balance sheet and earnings base while strengthening branding, governance and investor reach.

The Construction Segment maintained a sizeable RM276.6 million revenue base while lifting gross profit margin from 31.0% to 35.2% in FY2025, supported by higher-margin building materials trading and value-added works. The Group is proud that its Property Development Segment had more than doubled in revenue to RM158.6 million, underpinned by the LSH Segar project’s progress and stronger sales momentum. The Facilities Management Segment comprising of the Kuala Lumpur Tower concession, contributed RM25.6 million in revenue with a high gross profit margin of 68.7%, providing a recurring earnings pillar to the Group.

BEST Collaboration Framework Proving Its Strength

The Group’s performance continues to validate its BEST Collaboration Framework, rolled out in 2021 to integrate construction, engineering, trading of construction products, and property development capabilities into a cohesive value chain with its clients. Under this framework, LSH Capital not only executes construction and engineering works but also provides construction-related services and solutions, including value engineering, design input and lifecycle planning, and participates alongside clients in project upside. The BEST framework has enhanced project margins and supported repeat businesses and deeper client relationships, proven by the success of the Kuala Lumpur Tower project and the recent Morib Rejuvenation project.

Commenting on the results, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng, Non-Executive Chairman of LSH Capital, remarked:

“Our record FY2025 results and highest-ever dividend underline the strength of our BEST Collaboration Framework and the depth of our management team. When we rolled out the BEST framework in 2021, it was co-developed together with my children, who are now actively involved in different parts of the Group. This intergenerational management model combines the experience of the founding generation with the energy and ideas of the next generation. It is exactly what allows LSH Capital to execute better, move faster and create sustainable value for our shareholders and partners.”

Kuala Lumpur Tower Concession and Morib Rejuvenation Project Underpin Long-Term Prospects

In April 2025, the Group has assumed full operational control of Kuala Lumpur Tower under a 20-year concession running from 1 April 2025. This asset provides the Group with a long-term and concession-based recurring income from one of Malaysia’s most iconic tourism assets. The Group sees this a testament and a platform to build further capabilities in asset operations and facilities management.

In addition, the Group recently received an agreed-in-principle confirmation from Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd, Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad and Seriemas Resort Sdn Bhd on the key commercial terms relating to the proposed Morib Rejuvenation Project. Once definitive agreements are signed, LSH Capital is expected to gain access to approximately 597 acres of land for a combination of activities including golf course rejuvenation and operation, hospitality and land development in Morib, Selangor, providing earnings and profit visibility over the long term.

Together, the Kuala Lumpur Tower concession and the Morib Rejuvenation Project will further diversify the Group’s earnings mix into long-duration, asset-backed and recurring income streams. The Group remains proactive in replenishing its pipeline and is actively tendering for new infrastructure, building and concession opportunities, as well as scouting for strategic landbanks within the Klang Valley and other growth corridors.
