Independent Director
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng

With his vast experience in infrastructure projects, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim also contributed significantly to the success of the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) and was instrumental in the supplemental concession agreement for the extension of DUKE. He is also the driving force behind Ekovest’s role as the project delivery partner for the River of Life project and is a strong advocate of the government’s current push for the Greater Kuala Lumpur to be the country’s engine of growth. He was formerly an Executive Director of Iskandar Waterfront City Berhad (IWCITY), a public listed investment holding company with its principal activities in property development, construction and property management services. Besides that, he was also the former Executive Director cum Chief Executive Officer of Knusford Berhad, a public listed company principally engaged in machinery trading. Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim also holds directorship in several private limited companies which includes Iskandar Waterfront Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
Other than his contribution to the construction scene, Tan Sri Lim is also a known philanthropist. His most notable contribution is his active involvement in education, particularly vernacular schools. He is currently the Chairman of Chong Hwa Independent Highschool, Deputy Chairman of SMJK Chong Hwa and SJKC Wangsa Maju, and Honorary Chairman of SJKC Chong Hwa. His reason for investing in education is purely for the betterment of future generations' education and the growth of the country.
Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim Keng Cheng is the Independent Director of Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn. Bhd. Tan Sri Lim was appointed as the Managing Director of Ekovest Berhad on 16 May 2011. Having started his career immediately after his high school education, Tan Sri Lim has more than 30 years of experience in building, civil, design and build, turnkey construction projects, machinery trading and property development.
He began his career as a director in a private limited infrastructure company and was responsible for the success of the infrastructure works in Felda Sahabat, Sabah. For perspective, Felda Sahabat is twice the size of Singapore. He was also steered the construction of Labuan Financial Park, a world-class offshore financial haven. Soon after, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Lim oversaw several design and build projects namely Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and Universiti Tun Hussein Onn in Batu Pahat, Johor whereby both projects were completed in time despite the technical and social challenges faced. He also led the design and build project of the Iskandar Coastal Highway, a high profile infrastructure project in Iskandar Malaysia, Johor.
Executive Chairman
Datuk Lim Keng Guan

Datuk Lim Keng Guan is the Executive Chairman of Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn. Bhd. He has more than 30 years of in-depth commercial experience in property development and construction related activities. This includes building and civil engineering works, design and build, turnkey projects, trading in building materials and electrical supplies, reconditioning and rental of machinery.
Presently, Datuk Lim is an Executive Director of Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd (IWCITY). He was also previously the Project Director of PLS Plantations Berhad, which is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. In the year 2000, he joined Iskandar Waterfront Holdings (“IWH”) Group of Companies and was appointed as Group Head of Procurement and Contract Administration where he was instrumental in the extensive upgrading and reclamation works carried out by the IWH Group of Companies.
Datuk Lim Keng Guan is also the Executive Chairman of Astana Setia Sdn. Bhd., the construction arm of LSH Group. In 2015, Datuk Lim joined and brought C&S construction into the company. Under Datuk Lim’s stewardship, the Astana Setia has now grown exponentially into the size it is today.
Group Managing Director
Lim Pak Lian

Madam Lim has also been in charge of providing M&E services for several key developments in the country, namely, Labuan Financial Park, Sabah University Malaysia, Kluang Prison, University Sains Malaysia, Danga Bay, University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, Institut Pendidikan Guru Malaysia, DUKE Highway 1, DUKE Highway 2 and DUKE Highway 3 as well as EkoCheras Mall and Residences. Most notably, the M&E services helmed by Madam Lim for the River of Life Project is currently a popular tourist attraction in KL. Additionally, she oversees the retail and online lighting business division of the group.
Madam Lim is the Managing Director and Founder of Lim Seong Hai Holdings Sdn Bhd, Astana Setia Sdn Bhd, Lim Seong Hai Lighting Sdn Bhd and other subsidiaries.
She holds a Diploma in Management Accounting from Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman. Pursuant to her further studies in London, she was admitted as a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). Madam Lim began her career in a public accounting firm. After gaining 5 years of experience as an external auditor for several private and public listed companies, she ventured full-time into entrepreneurship. Under Madam Lim’s stewardship since 1995, the group has grown from a single company into the integrated group that LSH is today.
Madam Lim has been in charge of the group’s investment in real property and quoted shares. She has also expanded the group's scope of business into licensed money lending. She is also responsible for the group’s administrative, finance and accounting divisions.
Managing Director (Hardware Tools Division)
Lim Keng Hun

Mr Lim Keng Hun is the Managing Director and Founder of Knight Auto Sdn Bhd. Lim began his career at Wengcon Sdn Bhd in 1990, building his expertise in supplying machinery and spare parts, as well as selling and renting new and reconditioned machinery.
In 1999, Lim has established Knight Auto Sdn Bhd, primarily serving Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in construction, automobile and agricultural industries by selling pneumatic and power tools, agricultural equipment, air compressors, construction machinery, protective gear and generators. Lim soon expanded Knight Auto into retail household hardware for home improvement, selling hand tools, cleaning products, plumbing supplies and kitchenware to customers for casual or business use.
From its headquarters at Balakong, Lim has since added a Knight Auto outlet at Setapak and another at Kajang. Having Balakong and Setapak outlets as designated warehouses for retail and online customers, Lim has over 10,000 items sourced locally and internationally for customers to choose from, allowing quick distribution and delivery within Peninsula Malaysia, as well as Sabah and Sarawak.
